Intop was established in 2010. It has invested in the production of recycled polyester staple fibers since its subsidiary Tozin Industrial established in 2000.It has accumulated more than 20 years of valuable experience.

Three parts make a complete closed-loop industrial chain

At present, Intop has formed a PET circular economy closed-loop industrial chain from front-end PET bottle recycling (Bouteille recycling), to PET bottle cleaning and crushing (Tokzin Yinghui), and then to PET polyester staple fiber (Tokzin Industry).

By 2021, subsidiaries of Intop have recycled 600,000 tons of waste plastics, produced 500,000 tons of rPET staple fibers, and 100,000 tons of rPET bottle flakes. According to the calculation that 1 ton of synthetic resin consumes 3 tons of crude oil, It is equivalent to saving 1.5 million tons of crude oil and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 800,000 tons.

The first OBP certification in the Greater Bay Area——Green Intop Reshape the Blue Planet

Intop is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Where there are huge amount of discarded PET bottles. According to statistics, the daily consumption of PET bottles can reach 600 tons per day. Intop adheres to the green environmental protection concept of "resource recycling and turning waste into treasure", vigorously recycles waste PET bottles from coastlines, beaches and offshore waters in the region, and provides high-quality recycled and environmentally friendly PET materials for downstream customers. Take the lead in launching carbon footprint accounting to help double carbon goals

As an enterprise with a strong sense of social responsibility, Intop takes practical actions to help the double carbon goal. In the industry, Intop took the lead in launching the CFP assessment programme for the company's main products: Tokzin Yinghui's eco-friendly rPET bottle flakes and Tokzin Industrial's environmentally friendly rPET staple fibers. To find out the amount of Carbon dioxide emissions, and quantify the carbon footprint of the product through the LCA report.

Next, Intop will formulate carbon emission reduction goals and plans, issue its own "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" timetable, integrate specific emission reduction actions into production operations, and strive to adjust the energy structure and industrial structure. We will carry out work from low-carbon technology research and development, product design, operation management, supply chain management, etc., and strive to achieve carbon neutrality in the supply chain as soon as possible.

In addition, Intop will arrange personnel to participate in the first "Carbon Market Mechanism and Enterprise Carbon Asset Management" training held in Xiamen this year, to keep abreast of relevant policy trends, master the basic strategies of carbon trading, and fully participate in the national carbon market.

Green sorting center, traceable PET bottle recycling system

Through years of experience, Intop realized that in order to achieve the high-value utilization of PET bottle recycling, even "bottle-to-bottle" utilization at the same level, it is necessary to ensure the purity and cleanliness of the PET recycled bottle source, otherwise, even advanced cleaning Production lines and equipment cannot guarantee the output of high-quality rPET flakes. Therefore, Intop has found a special way to recycle PET bottles: it builds its own recycling system at the source, sets up multiple green sorting centers, and is the first in China to configure sorting equipment and the standardized recycling management system in green sorting centers .And it took the lead in putting robots in the green sorting center at the beginning of this year, reducing labor input and further improving the stability of bottle bales.

On December 31, 2021, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the "Announcement on Improving the Value-Added Tax Policy for Comprehensive Utilization of Renewable Resources". The new tax policy will be officially implemented on March 1. Intop made the initiative to launch <the "Joint Announcement on "Must Bring Invoices" for the Sales of Waste Plastics>, resolutely implement no purchase without Invoices, no sales without Invoices, and fully assist in promoting industry tax compliance. At the same time, Intop is also the first enterprise in the industry to take the initiative to apply for the certification of renewable resources green sorting center.
